Richard R. D'Antoni, Managing Partner has over thirty years of CEO/COO experience in the healthcare services and biotech industries. Mr. D'Antoni has participated in raising over $50 million in venture capital, three initial public offerings ($100 + million) and two public company mergers. His direct operating experience includes hospitals and systems, surgery centers, physician practice management, diagnostics and proprietary cell therapies for cancer and infectious diseases. He has almost ten years in executive search, including four years mid-career as a Partner with Korn/Ferry International. Returning to search in 2001, he formed D'Antoni Partners in the August of 2002.

S. Kent Fannon, Client Partner, has over 30 years of senior management experience in healthcare services and other industries, ranging in size from start-up ventures to large corporations.  He joined D’Antoni Partners in 2007, and has completed C-level engagements in physician management, facilities, home health, healthcare staffing, and managed care.  Previously, Mr. Fannon was an Operating Partner in the private equity field, and served as Chief Executive Officer or Board member for three healthcare portfolio companies.  His corporate healthcare experience includes C-level finance, operations, planning, development, and administrative roles in large hospital and physician practice management firms.  He has also held management positions in retail, television and radio broadcasting and production, and the airline industry.
