Richard R. D'Antoni, Managing Partner has over thirty years of CEO/COO experience in the healthcare services and biotech industries. Mr. D'Antoni has participated in raising over $50 million in venture capital, three initial public offerings ($100 + million) and two public company mergers. His direct operating experience includes hospitals and systems, surgery centers, physician practice management, diagnostics and proprietary cell therapies for cancer and infectious diseases. He has almost ten years in executive search, including four years mid-career as a Partner with Korn/Ferry International. Returning to search in 2001, he formed D'Antoni Partners in the August of 2002.

S. Kent Fannon, Executive Vice President has over 30 years of operating experience, and has held senior management positions in healthcare services as well as in other industries, ranging in size from start-up ventures to large, diversified corporations. Prior to joining D’Antoni Partners, he was an Operating Partner in the private equity field, and served as Chief Executive Officer for two healthcare portfolio companies. His previous healthcare experience includes C-level finance, planning, development, and administrative roles in the hospital and physician practice management segments. He has also held management positions in retail, television and radio broadcasting and production, and the airline industry.
